Subject to Section 14.3, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features (such as custom domain terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and MARRYTHEDETAILS INC. with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MARRYTHEDETAILS INC.
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.
